Deine Aufgaben

Du liebst es, wenn aus Granulat innovative Anwendungen werden? In unserem Technikum bist du die Schlüsselfigur an den Maschinen und Prüfgeräten. Du bereitest Proben vor, fährst unsere Polymerreaktoren sowie Kunststoffverarbeitungsanlagen und lieferst die präzisen Daten, auf die unsere Entwicklung baut.


  • Anlagenführung & Probenherstellung: Du richtest Polymerreaktoren und Kunststoffverarbeitungsanlagen (inkl. Stranggranulation, Thermostaten und Vakuumpumpen) ein, bedienst diese und führst eigenständig Umrüstungen sowie Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durch. Wir arbeiten dich in unsere speziellen Anlagen ein. Ein solides Fundament im Umgang mit Kunststoffen bringst du bereits mit.

  • Mechanische Prüfung: Du stellst normgerechte Prüfkörper (z. B. Zugstäbe) her. Eigenständige Durchführung von Zug-, Biege- und Schlagversuchen. Du dokumentierst die Ergebnisse und führst erste Plausibilitätsprüfungen durch.


  • Materialanalytik: Vorbereitung und Durchführung von z. B. MFI- oder DSC-Messungen. Du sorgst für eine saubere Datenauswertung und -bereitstellung für das Team.


  • Labor-/technikumsorganisation: Du verantwortest eine strukturierte Probenverwaltung und sorgst durch regelmäßige Pflege und Wartung dafür, dass unsere Prüfgeräte immer einsatzbereit sind.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer*in, Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnolog*in, Physiklaborant*in oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation.


  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Labor-, Technikums- oder Produktionsumfeld.


  • Know-how: Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischer Werkstoffprüfung und Erfahrung an größeren Anlagen (z. B. Reaktoren, Extrudern, Compoundern).


  • Sicherheit: Du bist vertraut mit dem Betrieb von Hochtemperatur- und Hochdruckreaktoren sowie Vakuumsystemen und den entsprechenden Sicherheitsvorschriften. Hierbei gilt: Wir schulen dich gezielt an unseren spezifischen Geräten, solange du das fachliche Grundverständnis mitbringst.


  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest präzise, dokumentierst gewissenhaft und bewahrst auch in der Dynamik eines wachsenden Start-ups einen kühlen Kopf.


  • Sprache: Da unser Team international ist, solltest du keine Berührungsängste mit Englisch haben. Wichtig für uns: Dein technisches Können und dein Handwerk zählen mehr als perfekte Grammatik.

Your mission

Do you enjoy turning polymer granules into innovative applications? In our lab and pilot plant, you are the key operator at our machines and testing equipment. You prepare samples, operate our polymer reactors and processing systems, and generate the precise data that drives our development work.


  • Equipment Operation & Sample Preparation: Set up and operate polymer reactors and polymer processing equipment (including strand pelletizing, temperature control systems, and vacuum pumps). Perform changeovers, cleaning, and maintenance independently. We will train you on our specific polymer systems, you bring a solid technical or chemical foundation.


  • Mechanical Testing: Prepare standardized test specimens (e.g., tensile bars) and independently conduct tensile, flexural, and impact tests. Document results carefully and perform initial plausibility checks.


  • Materials Analysis: Prepare and carry out measurements such as MFI and DSC. Ensure structured data evaluation and provide reliable results to the team.

  • Laboratory & Pilot Plant Organization: Maintain structured sample management and ensure maximum equipment availability through regular maintenance and upkeep.


Your profile

  • Education: Completed vocational training as a Materials Testing Technician, Plastics and Rubber Technologist, Physics Lab Technician, or comparable technical qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an industrial laboratory, pilot plant, or production environment.

  • Technical Skills: Confident handling of mechanical materials testing and experience operating larger technical systems (e.g., reactors, extruders, compounders).

  • Safety Awareness: Familiar with high-temperature/high-pressure reactors, vacuum systems, and related safety regulations. Structured onboarding to our specific equipment is provided.

  • Working Style: Precise, well-organized, and reliable even in the dynamic environment of a growing startup.

  • Language: Comfortable communicating in English in day-to-day operations. Technical competence matters more than perfect grammar.
