Industriemechaniker*in - Mechatroniker*in für Prototypenbau & Versuchsaufbau

Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen eine*n „Macher*in“ mit Leidenschaft für technische Herausforderungen, die/der Entwürfe in reale Anlagen verwandelt. Bei uns baust du keine Serie, sondern Innovationen. Du bist das mechanische Rückgrat unseres Technikums und stellst sicher, dass unsere Reaktoren nicht nur auf dem Papier funktionieren.


  • Montage & Wartung: Eigenständiger Aufbau und Instandhaltung von Reaktoren, Pumpen und Rührwerken (inkl. Kupplungen). Du erkennst Probleme, bevor sie entstehen, und behebst technische Störungen routiniert.

  • Anlagenbau: Arbeit an Druck- und Temperatursystemen im Technikumsmaßstab. Das fachgerechte Verlegen und Abdichten von Vakuum- und Gasleitungen (Edelstahl/Kunststoff) ist für dich selbstverständlich.

  • Spezialeinsätze: Durchführung elektrischer Anschlussarbeiten im Rahmen der EFffT-Qualifikation. Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahmen und flexible Anpassung der Anlagen an neue Versuchsbedingungen.

  • Werkstattmanagement: Organisation des Ersatzteillagers und Optimierung der Arbeitsabläufe in der Werkstatt, damit das Team effizient arbeiten kann.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker*in, Instandhaltungsmechaniker*in, Mechatroniker*in oder Anlagenmechaniker*in. Alternativ bist du Elektriker*in mit großer Leidenschaft für Mechanik und Metallbau.

  • Zusatzqualifikation: Idealerweise verfügst du bereits über die Qualifikation zur Elektrofachkraft für festgelegte Tätigkeiten (EFffT). Falls nicht, unterstützen wir dich beim Erwerb.

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Anlagenbau, in der Instandhaltung oder in einem Technikum.

  • Sprache: Da unser Team international ist, solltest du keine Berührungsängste mit der englischen Sprache haben. Wichtig für uns: Dein technisches Können und dein Handwerk zählen mehr als perfekte Grammatik. Wenn du bereit bist, dich auf Englisch im Team zu verständigen, finden wir im Arbeitsalltag immer einen Weg. Deutsch ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.

Your mission

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for technical challenges, someone who turns designs into real systems. With us, you won’t build standard production lines—you’ll create innovations. You will be the mechanical backbone of our pilot plant, ensuring our reactors work not just on paper, but in practice.

  • Assembly & Maintenance: Independently assemble and maintain reactors, pumps, and agitators (including couplings). Identify issues before they become problems and troubleshoot technical malfunctions.

  • Plant Construction: Work on pressure and temperature systems at pilot-plant scale. Proper installation and sealing of vacuum and gas lines (stainless steel/plastic) is second nature to you.

  • Special Assignments: Perform electrical connection work within the scope of EFffT qualifications. Assist with commissioning and adapt systems flexibly to new experimental conditions.

  • Workshop Management: Organize the spare parts inventory and optimize workshop workflows for efficient team operation.

Your profile

  • Education: Completed vocational training as an Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, or Plant Mechanic. Alternatively, you may be an Electrician with a strong passion for mechanics and metalwork.

  • Additional Skill: Ideally, you already hold the Certified Electrician for Defined Tasks (EFffT) qualification. If not, we will support you in obtaining it.

  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in industrial plant construction, maintenance, or a pilot plant environment.

  • Hands-on Mentality: You have a trained eye for mechanical weak points and work solution-oriented. If a part doesn’t fit, you find a way to make it work.

  • Language: Comfortable communicating in English in a team environment. Technical skill and craftsmanship are more important than perfect grammar. German is a plus but not required.
