Deine Aufgaben

Du bist die entscheidende Schnittstelle zwischen unseren physikalischen Versuchsaufbauten und der digitalen Datenerfassung. Deine Mission: unsere Reaktoren „smart“ machen und die Lücke zwischen Hardware und Software schließen.

  • Automatisierung & Innovation: Du integrierst digitale Rührwerke und Sensorik in unsere Messsysteme und übernimmst dabei ganzheitliche Verantwortung – von der Konzeption, Berechnung und Konstruktion bis hin zum Bau maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für spezifische technische Herausforderungen.


  • Systemintegration: Du bindest Hardwarekomponenten an unsere Messsoftware an und optimierst kontinuierlich Prozessparameter. Zudem entwickelst und realisierst du individuelle Modifikationen, um unsere bestehende Laborausrüstung stetig weiterzuentwickeln.


  • Prototypenbau: Du verantwortest den elektrischen und mechanischen Aufbau neuer Versuchsreaktoren und setzt technische Zeichnungen in funktionierende, praxistaugliche Systeme um.


  • Instandhaltung 2.0: Du analysierst und behebst Fehler in komplexen Systemen (Mechanik, Elektronik & Software). Darüber hinaus wartest du unsere spezialisierten Anlagen zur Polymersynthese, -charakterisierung und -verarbeitung und stellst deren maximale Verfügbarkeit sicher.

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Mechatronik, Industriemechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Elektriker*in mit starkem mechanischen Hintergrund). Ein akademischer Hintergrund (z. B. B. Eng. Maschinenbau/Elektrotechnik) ist willkommen, im Vordergrund steht für uns jedoch deine praktische Umsetzungskompetenz.


  • Erfahrung: Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld. Erfahrung in der Mess- und Regelungstechnik oder in der Chemie- bzw. Kunststoffbranche ist ein großes Plus.


  • Digital-Mindset: Hohe Affinität zur Digitalisierung und zu modernen Softwarelösungen. Du verstehst, wie Daten von der Maschine ins System gelangen und wie man diesen Prozess optimiert.


  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest eigenständig, denkst interdisziplinär und findest pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe technische Herausforderungen.


  • Team & Sprache: Du hast Lust auf die dynamische Umgebung eines wachsenden Startups. Da unser Team international ist, kommunizierst du sicher auf Englisch; gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Abstimmung mit lokalen Partnern von Vorteil.

Your mission

You are the crucial interface between our physical experimental setups and digital data acquisition. Your mission: make our reactors “smart” and bridge the gap between hardware and software.

  • Automation & Innovation: You integrate digital stirrers and sensor technology into our measurement systems and take holistic responsibility from concept development, calculation, and design to building tailored solutions for specific technical challenges.

  • System Integration: You connect hardware components to our measurement software and continuously optimize process parameters. You also develop and implement custom modifications to further improve our existing laboratory equipment.

  • Prototype Development: You are responsible for the electrical and mechanical assembly of new experimental reactors and translate technical drawings into functional, practical systems.

  • Maintenance 2.0: You analyze and resolve faults in complex systems (mechanics, electronics, and software). In addition, you maintain our specialized equipment for polymer synthesis, characterization, and processing, ensuring maximum system availability.

Your profile

  • Education: Successfully completed vocational training in mechatronics, industrial mechatronics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., electrician with a strong mechanical background). An academic background (e.g., B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering) is welcome, but for us the key factor is your practical ability to implement solutions.

  • Experience: At least two years of professional experience in an industrial environment. Experience in measurement and control technology or in the chemical or plastics industry is a strong plus.

  • Digital Mindset: Strong affinity for digitalization and modern software solutions. You understand how data flows from machines into systems and how this process can be optimized.

  • Working Style: You work independently, think interdisciplinarily, and find pragmatic solutions to complex technical challenges.

  • Team & Language: You enjoy working in the dynamic environment of a growing startup. As our team is international, you communicate confidently in English; good German skills are an advantage for coordination with local partners.
