Target circular plastic products for a wide range of applications, including extrusion, injection moulding and film blowing to prepare semi-finished product prototypes for 3D printing filaments, fibers or packaging.

Design and optimize synthesis routes and scale-up to the 100+ kilogram range.

Check the principal recyclability of the polymers by developing depolymerisation procedures to lay the groundwork for selective recycling back to the monomers.

Lead and interpret analytical workstreams (DSC, TGA, NMR, SEC, rheology, MFI, viscosity, TAN, mechanical testing, weathering/hydrolytic stability) to define the ideal polymer formulation and achieve the desired mechanical and processing properties.

Work closely together with process engineers to translate R&D findings into robust, scalable processes.

Prepare technical reports and contribute for patent applications.
